The site you have been directed to is NOT a valid PayPal/AOL/Citibank/BoA/Whatever site, but was what is known as a "Phishing" site designed to collect your personal information for the purposes of identity theft.
If you have already submitted information to this site, such as credit card numbers or debit card numbers, we strongly recommend contacting your cards' issuers and having the numbers changed immediately.
You may also wish to contact the credit reporting bureaus and obtain a copy of your report and/or have a freeze or fraud alert placed on your file.
